With only one day to go until Maison et Objet 2018, UBER Interiors continues to look at the major brands exhibiting this year.
Established in Porto in 2008, Munna is a furniture brand renowned for creating handmade upholstery with unmatched craftsmanship. Made by hand in Porto, Munna’s designs honour the profound heritage of their home country. Drawing inspiration from history’s most influential artistic periods, their eclectic pieces feature detailing and shapes from ancient Greece up to the Victorian era.

Traditional techniques and innovative design are combined with the curved lines and shapes of the art deco era. This glamorous period is known for sumptuous fabrics, metallic detailing and bold forms. Their signature velvet upholstery features heavily in their designs as well as on-trend colours of emerald green, peach, mustard yellow and deep blue.

The haute couture craftsmanship has been recognised by some of the industry’s major players resulting in numerous front covers and features within international magazines such as Elle Decoration.

The curated showcase for 2018 features timeless furniture designs by Munna paired with exciting lighting and accessories by sister brand Ginger & Jagger, all handcrafted with an exquisite range of materials and finishes.
